Makes 5-6 pots
1 cup cream
170g dark chocolate (60-70% cocoa)
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of sea salt
1 double espresso of your favourite Terbodore coffee
40g peanut butter
Mini marshmallows for topping
In a blender jug, add the chocolate, egg, vanilla, salt, coffee and peanut butter. Blend to combine.
Bring the cream to a boil and slowly pour over the other ingredients in the blender while mixing and blend until smooth.
Pour into espresso cups and allow to set in the fridge.
To serve, top with mini marshmallows and blowtorch.
