Every TERBODORE cookie is crafted by hand. Our bakers bring care, experience and a love for good food into every step: from mixing and shaping to baking and packing.
It’s this hands-on approach that gives our cookies their homemade quality and unmistakable character.
Great cookies start with great ingredients! That’s why we’re selective about what goes into every batch we make. No shortcuts, no substitutes, just real, high-quality ingredients that deliver rich flavour and lasting freshness.
Ingredients:
• 150ml Milk
• 2 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
• 4 Blocks of Ice
• 1 Rainbow Unicorn Cookie (or 2 if you feel like it)
Method:
Blend all of the ingredients in a blender. Pour into a milkshake glass and top with crumbled Rainbow Cookies.

Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. Enjoy within 10 days of opening for best freshness.

Yes! You can find them at select TERBODORE cafés and order them online for nationwide delivery.

How did we get started?
It all began back in 2001 when Marian (TERBODORE Founder) and her family made the move from the Western Cape to the beautiful KwaZulu-Natal Midlands. They took over a small restaurant, and to everyone’s surprise, the coffee quickly became the star of the show. In 2004, the family decided to roast their own beans, investing in a small 5kg roaster, and that’s when TERBODORE officially came to life.
Where does the name TERBODORE come from?
The name combines three family names: TER from Marian’s father, BO from her maiden surname, and DOR from her aunt.
Who is the dog in our logo?
Sultan, our first Great Dane, stole everyone’s heart at our original roastery and became the perfect symbol for TERBODORE with his gentle nature and big personality.
Where can I find TERBODORE coffee?
You can grab a bag from our online store, visit one of our cafés in either Franschhoek or the KZN Midlands, or find us in select retailers and coffee shops across South Africa. This includes Checkers and Pick 'n Pay. Find a comprehensive list of our stockists here.
