This sustainably grown medium/dark roast is full-bodied and smooth, with milk chocolate and toffee notes from the banks of Uganda’s White Nile.

What is Single Origin Coffee?

Single origin coffee is coffee sourced from a single geographical location. It carries the distinct flavours of its environment (such as the soil, altitude and climate) giving you a true taste of where it comes from.

What are the benefits of Single Origin Coffee?

Single origin coffee offers distinct, traceable flavours and often reflects the terroir of its origin, making it ideal for those who appreciate unique coffee experiences.

What grind is Lazy Bones available in?

Lazy Bones is available in a beans, plunger, filter or home espresso option.

What is the best way to store my coffee?

We recommend keeping it inside the bag using the zip lock seal. Alternatively, an airtight container will do the trick.

What is the best way to enjoy Lazy Bones?

It shines in a pour-over or Aeropress, but it’s versatile enough for any brewing method you prefer.

How did we get started?

It all began back in 2001 when Marian (TERBODORE Founder) and her family made the move from the Western Cape to the beautiful KwaZulu-Natal Midlands. They took over a small restaurant, and to everyone’s surprise, the coffee quickly became the star of the show. In 2004, the family decided to roast their own beans, investing in a small 5kg roaster, and that’s when TERBODORE officially came to life.

Where does the name TERBODORE come from?

The name combines three family names: TER from Marian’s father, BO from her maiden surname, and DOR from her aunt.

Who is the dog in our logo?

Sultan, our first Great Dane, stole everyone’s heart at our original roastery and became the perfect symbol for TERBODORE with his gentle nature and big personality.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer a nationwide flat rate shipping fee of R119, with free local shipping on orders over R1 000. International shipping is available and calculated at checkout (see eligible countries below).

How long does shipping take?

Please note that delivery to metro areas typically takes 2–3 working days and regional areas 4–5 working days. These are estimated delivery times and may vary slightly depending on courier schedules and demand.
